Mag. Dr. Mario Springnagel, External Associate, studied political science, astronomy and business administration. Worked as a controller, and 5 years as Managing Director of a Research Institute. Expert for AI research projects.

In addition to working at the Institute for Political Science, he worked primarily with Prof. Dr. Gerhard Fink, Vienna University of Economics and Business, as board member of the Society for Eastern Cooperation GESOK, with Prof. Dr. Hans-Georg Heinrich, University of Vienna, as head of the European Policy Consultants, EPOC, and with ambassador Dr. Gerald Hinteregger as part of the working group East EU-Enlargement 2004.
As part of these activities, he administered countless small and large national
and international projects and also published scientifically in the field of cultural knowledge management. He wrote his dissertation on the search for extraterrestrial intelligence. In his previous employment he was in charge for numerous KIRAS and Horizon 2020 projects.
