"In my work and capacity as a Resident Twinning Adviser and Director of the Regional Development Agency (RDA) Senec – Pezinok, I have had the opportunity of working with Mrs. Marcela Škobalj for long-term period. She provided specialized support for the design and organization of activities planned within our project aiming at acquisition of knowledge and experience on-situ. The commitment, extraordinary communication and managerial skills and high level of professionalism shown by Mrs. Marcela Škobalj whilst working on her tasks and duties impressed me and other members of the common Slovak-Austrian-Croatian team.
